• Digitized pen & paper workflows onto auditing software to protect users from fraudulent claims from contractors. Performed User Interviews & Testing to improve User Experience in the new process.
• Built an automated script with VBA to remove a redundant data entry process disliked by users. Allowed team of 50+ to not have to log in on-site weather conditions every morning.
• Built a sorting algorithm with VBA to standardize Caltrans equipment logs. This freed up a weeks worth of man hours in manually standardizing the database. Created User Interface for user to sort edge-cases that could not be automatically sorted.

• Edited & processed 1,000+ photos daily using Adobe Bridge, Photoshop & InDesign.
• Printed 1,000+ photos on industrial printers daily.
